About

Pencak Silat of Asia (PFA) is the official governing body dedicated to the promotion, development, and regulation of Pencak Silat, the traditional martial art and combat sport originating from the Malay Archipelago particularly in Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore. Rooted in centuries of cultural heritage, Pencak Silat combines physical discipline, self-defense, artistic expression, and spiritual values, making it both a martial practice and a way of life.

The sport has been recognized by international multi-sport organizations and continues to expand its global presence through championships, education, and cultural exchange.
