“Pencak Silat: Unity in Diversity for a Better World”

Indonesia is set to welcome athletes, coaches, and officials from around the world for the 4th International Indonesian Open 2026, an international Pencak Silat championship promoting sporting excellence, friendship, and cultural unity.

The championship will be held from 14–21 September 2026 at Padepokan Pencak Silat Indonesia, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), Jakarta, Indonesia.

With the theme “Pencak Silat: Unity in Diversity for a Better World,” the event highlights the role of Pencak Silat not only as a competitive sport, but also as a powerful vehicle for friendship, cultural exchange, and unity among nations.

The championship is expected to bring together the international Pencak Silat community in Indonesia and further strengthen the sport’s presence on the global stage.

Indonesia is ready to welcome the world and celebrate Pencak Silat—its tradition, spirit, and universal values.
